Brussels Airlines
One photographer. Four aircraft types. Dozens of destinations. Hundreds of products.

Aircraft interiors trained — from economy to business, each cabin as it actually looks
Needed to generate destination and product visuals that didn't exist yet
One brand engine capturing the focus dot, human touch and Belgian warmth
One photographer can't be everywhere.
Brussels Airlines operates across dozens of destinations, with multiple aircraft types, cabin classes and an ever-changing onboard offering. The in-house photographer shoots everything, but there are only so many flights, locations and hours in a day. Destination visuals were hard to source authentically, supplier product shots were often unusable, and the Belgian Icons liveries were impossible to generate with generic AI tools.
Train on what you have. Generate what you don't.
The brand engine was trained on the existing visual library, brand book and campaign materials — learning the focus dot, the human touch, the warmth and light that define the look. On top of that, specific aircraft interiors, cabin products and liveries were trained as separate models. The team now generates destination scenes, cabin visuals and product shots that feel authentically Brussels Airlines, without a single additional shoot.
“The aerial shoots alone cost thousands of euros. If we can do that with AI, that's huge.”
From brief to visual, without the logistics.
The in-house photographer and graphic designer work directly in Inku for newsletters, social media, upsell campaigns and destination content. Campaign visuals that previously required an external agency are explored and prototyped internally first. The focus dot composition, lighting style and human-centered framing are built into every generated image — no brief required.
The visuals you needed but couldn't shoot.
Destination scenes that feel real. Cabin product shots without waiting on suppliers. Aircraft liveries that actually look like Brussels Airlines. What was previously impossible, too expensive or too slow is now part of a daily workflow — generated in under two minutes, on-brand by default.
“It feels like it's worked at Brussels Airlines for twenty years — it just knows how things should look.”
